Hello! what are the payment methods we can use in e bay?

if you are buying the payment methods are in every listing.

If you are selling you don't have to worry about the payment methods a buyer can pay with because eBay automatically puts the payment methods in each listing.

PayPal, PayPal Credit, Credit card, debit card, (Discover card., Amex,  ApplePay, GooglePay. 

BTW, Payoneer is not an accepted payment method for buyers. Payoneer is required for managed payment payouts. I see many Sri Lankans make the mistake of writing in the description  they accept Payoneer. Please do not do that.
