payment issue

I received a message from my bank that the payment was declined because ebay had a verification issue.  

Now what!  

Please help.  I have been waiting on my money

Is your name and address exactly the same on both accounts?

Does eBay have your SSN?

Is your bank routing number(s) correct?

FYI...

NOT allowed to set your terms as far a how the buyers pay.  Using item specifics for the wrong reason is not allowed either.

Also, you cant ask for payment to be made in cash.

Your items can not be shipped media mail. It is illegal.

If USPS opens any of your packages (and they can) with a Media Mail label and find out you're shipping jewelry you will be hit with insufficient funds payment taken from your account on eBay, they won't ask you or tell you. USPS will charge you the difference for priority shipping.  
Or you will get messages from  buyers wanting refunds because the post office charged them for postage due. 
You need to change your shipping in your listings.

It couldn't have been your payout because eBay holds funds for up to 30 days when you are a new or infrequent seller. You just sold on December 16th so it's too soon to get a payout. 
Sounds more like something you were trying to buy and the payment didn't go through.

If it was a payout issue your bank wouldn't notify you eBay would. With a red banner across your seller account page.

You can't ship a necklace by Media Mail and you do accept Pay Pal.
