Gift card scam

I bought a ebay gift card from a local Safeway. The card had a ten digit code and not the thirteen digit code required. ebay corporate is no help. Can I just delete my account and move on?

PayPal 12 mo and 24 mo financing

I was looking at some stuff on eBay within the last month and was seeing 12 month and 24 month financing options for PayPal credit, 12 month for $300 and up and 24 months for $600 and up, now I don't see those options at all, what happened?
