 The  bayer attempting to pay but keep getting an error message for eBay states “ one or more sellers can not receive payment at one time contact the seller “  how seller can fix this error?

It's usually a problem with eBay's website. You can try sending an invoice and have them try to pay from the link in the email. They can also try going to the actual original listing, in their Purchase History and pay from the link there. Sometimes trying a different browser or from the mobile app works too.
