Buyers Can't Pay Me

My buyers are getting an error message when they try to pay me that says I can't accept payment right now. I have no idea what to do. I've checked and my PayPal is linked correctly. Is there something else I should do? Anyone else troubleshoot this?

Problem paying for a purchase

I can't pay for goods purchased on eBay. I do not have an active debit / credit card payment option, and the currently active option is "Payment method - Other". How do I change my payment option to pay by debit / credit card? Thanks!
