some sellers descripstions showed to us payments accept only paypal, can i find out such sellers goods buy in my bank card?

Most buyers are on Managed Payments and although they take Paypal; they also take credit cards (it's the not the seller, it's eBay taking the cards). 

If there are still a few sellers that ONLY accept Paypal, you can link your credit card to your Paypal account and then pay using PP (which will, in turn, take the $ from your Credit Card).
