Hello. I live in Paraguay I am trying to make a purchase through E-bay. I have filled in my credit card details, but when I request “Confirm and pay”, I get this message “Please check your payment details or use a different payment option”. My situation is the following: I live in Paraguay. I have two credit cards issued by a local bank. One credit card expires 07/21. The oher credit card expires 09/23. I have already asked the bank to unblock both cards in order to pay to E-bay. I have also tried paying with Pay pal. Nor have I been able to do it. I need your assistance. I await orientations. Many sellers don't except international payments; Many banks don't process international credit cards. Does the seller ship to your location?

Do you have any unusual characters in your name? I've seen others say that when those were removed (replacing ñ with n, for instance) that their payments went through with no problems.

So have they unblocked your cards? If they are blocked, of course they will not work. Many sellers are now in MP (managed payments). It means that you can pay them using PP, CCs, Google Pay etc. When you say you have been unable to use PP, what was their message? Did you call PP?

The bottom line is to find out what forms of payments are shown on the seller's page. Obviously, the first thing is to confirm that they sell internationally.

Is this a issue related your a country. I'm from Sri Lanka. many Sri Lankans have the same issue when paying with a visa card??.
