   I was presumptuous about a return to you for mats that did not work.  You said you would put money back.  You did. Thank you for your company and your reponse.  I found out only one of the mats was bad (I bought three...cant find them in orders) but my Pay Pal got money back so I felt I owed you for the two that I used .But I found that the cats learned from even the bad mat so I decided to keep all three.  So I owe you $87.85 for the mats which I have.  They  are not great but I ordered and kept them.  

   How can I return the money to you?  I dont even know how you can tell me how to do this???

Send a message to the seller and try to work it out directly with them. There should be a contact seller on the transaction in which you purchased them.

Can't find them in "orders".

Perhaps you purchased as a guest. (guest---not logged into your account)  (info would be in an email notice to you)

If not as a "guest" chances are any message sent to the seller will never be seen. You may be "blocked".
