There won't be any.

Everyone will be switched to managed payments.

Some countries have to use a Payoneer account to attach to their managed payments account.

Since July 2021, all new sellers are being put directly into Managed Payments. No new sellers can use PayPal any more.

Whatever countries allow PayPal, PayPal can still be used by BUYERS to make their purchases.

 IF eBay has not transitioned their sellers over to the MP system, then those countries would still be allowed to use PayPal and/or whatever other payment method eBay has set up for them, such as for Sri Lanka=Payoneer.....
