managed payments

I sold an item on ebay on november 5th. 2020. I had an email from ebay that I was all set for managed payments. I have not received payment for the item from ebay and they have not sent me a message about it. I will not sell anything else if they are not going to pay me and i have been on ebay since 2000

Are you signed up for daily or weekly  (Tuesday) payouts?  

It makes a difference.

@strato_kim  If you go to Seller Hub then click the Payments tab it will show you the money and whether or not it is "Pending" or "Available" ... if it is "Available" then it will be sent to your bank on the next Business day ... they are trying to hold Payouts for sellers to a 2-4 "Business day" time frame and Saturdays and Sundays and Holidays they make NO Payouts to sellers ... so the 5th was Thursday meaning Friday was day 1 and then you have the weekend so Monday would typically be the earliest you would receive a Payout from them.

I elected Weekly Payments when my account went in to MP ... it's every Tuesday ... they do not always pay everything out from weekend sales so that money rolls over for another week ... if you don't need the money immediately the Weekly payout takes the stress out checking with your bank every day to see if you got paid or if money cleared ...

Sellers having to wait to get paid is INSULTING to say the least but it's their sand box so to sell on the their platform they make those rules ...

Have you even been paid for it? (An email notification for the sale would be separate.) Do you see anything under your Orders tab... 'Awaiting payment' or 'Awaiting shipment'?

Did you happen to read up on how MP works?  Did you select daily or weekly payouts?  What does the Payment Tab in the Seller Hub say about your money?

This link is a start for learning what the process is.  But you really should read through the links Ebay provided in the emails they sent you regarding MP so you could learn how the program works.
