I've been selling on ebay for a bit over a year to get rid of some big collections (that i bought much of off ebay! doh!) and was hesitant to sign up for the "managed payments" thing - i was taking a break anyway, plus i didn't really understand it and didn't want to delve into it yet.
anyway, i received messages that i couldn't sell anymore until i signed up. a week ago i decided to relist something and it sold - the other day a made a completely new listing and it went live. i did this more as an experiment.
did i miss something? have automatically been signed into managed payments? why would my listing go live if i haven't signed up?
