managed payment problems

I was prevented from listing today due to "verification" of my account. I have been with Ebay 22 years, everything has been verified, and everything has been fine of late, ... until today. ~~~ Links suggested to fix the problem led to a dead-end. O called Ebay, and customer service also did not know what was the problem. ~~ Anyone out there have the same problem and can offer some insights?

I have sold on eBay for 18 years and same thing happened. You have to go in and update your payment methods. At least I did.  I had a credit card a month from expiration. I had to add another payment method until I got my new card. My old one was a month away from expiring and it wouldn't take it. The update of the info fixed it for me. Everything on eBay is messed up. Getting harder and harder to use.
