What exactly is the Fee Schedule for Sellers using Ebay Managed Payments and using a Subscription

Can't nail down this information anywhere.  They have it burried in so many submenus it's a joke.  If you are not on managed payments, go here.  If you are on managed payments, go here.  Then once you get there, it provides a RANGE!!!  

All I need is the following:

For Sports collectibles and Sellers on Ebay Managed Payments (WITHOUT A SUBSCRIPTION) I know the fee is 12.35% (of the sale price + shipping + tax).

If you're onEbay Managed Payments and have a subscription, what is the final fee for Basic, Premium, Anchor, Enterprise??

That link still doesn't answer my question. 

When I back into the final fee, it's not consistent to what the page indicates.  Nor is the fee consistent on a day to day basis.....

Info for these sales:

-Converted to Ebay Managed Payments

-Above Standard Rating

-Subscription Type:  Basic/Monthly

-Items sold: Sports Cards

-Shipping: Seller flat rate (not calculated)

Maybe there's a "close enough" provision somewhere.
