Managed payments do not link to cards, only to bank accounts.

Have you been invited by eBay to join managed payments or are you just attempting to do so on your own.

We don't use Payoneer on eBay.com. Contact Payoneer or look for a Payoneer forum.

Being in Sri Lanka the Managed Payment program is not available to you yet.  Are you sure you know what you're doing? Managed Payments require a checking account.

when go through the process they asking add your card details but when oi add my card the message came "your card not verified use another card" so what i want to do?
