I've been an eBAY buyer and seller for over 24 years. I have a 100% feedback rating (if that really means anything and I'm not sure it does) and I nave NEVER received a negative feedback.
They now want me to give them my checking account information because they don't want to allow payments to PAYPAL anymore.
Let's see. Sites are getting hacked every day and you want me to give you my checking account into? I'll say this gracefully. "Not a showball's chance in hell."
I've enjoyed buying and selling on eBAY as long as it was basically a huge garage sale; it's not that anymore. They've decided to make it more Amazon-like. Good for you, I wish you all the success in the world.
I, however, will not number amongst your buyers or sellers. I'm out.

It is recommended that you open a separate checking account for your eBay Managed Payment transactions. If you decide to stay and do that, remember to read the requirements for MP on the help pages.
And, your not alone in your feelings about this forced change. Good luck in your future endeavors.

I'm about to leave too. I've sold hundreds of items and had a 100% positive feedback score.... until today. A buyer won 6 of my auctions last week and I give them 48 hours to pay or to contact me if they need more time. He never paid or contacted me, so I cancelled his order. Ebay allowed him to leave me negative feedback on all 6 auctions that he never even paid for. I let Ebay know and hopefully hear back from them.

@drewstoybox You should be able to get those negs taken off if you filed UPI on that so-called
'buyer'. If you just cancelled the orders without doing so it may be tougher. Hopefully they'll be taken off, though.
