i have a payment issue

i could only make payment for those cheap items, payment works with $1.5 or $2 items, but payment not goes through for those $100 or $300? i could see there is a google pay icon from the payment options so i think the buyer is a manage payment seller, and i paid directly with credit card, why is my payment not working for expensive item?? i have $2500 credit on my credit card

Some sellers have a max number of items you can purchase in a 10 day period (5 items for example); it is set up this way in the 'preferences'.

Some credit card companies have a max dollar amount or max item number they will allow you to spend on a particular 'internet' purchase; or a max they will allow in a single day, or single week or??
