how to refund shipping???

A buyer overpaid shipping and I want to refund the over payment. The good ole days, Id just do a partial refund via paypal but this new payment **bleep** ebay dumped on us doesn't give me that option.

Also, whats up with this S%@T that there is no phone support available at ebay...and lately, no live chat either????? You now have access to my bank account and I cannot contact you directly with questions??? **bleep**!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.  

oh yea..ebay sucks and im about ready to shut down and go to Gun Broker.

Find the order under the Orders tab in your Seller Hub. Find the blue drop-down menu to the left of the Order, select 'Send Refund'. Enter the amount you wish to refund, confirm and approve. Easy peasy!
