how do i link my ebay account with payoneer?

Please can anyone tell me how  do i link my ebay account with payoneer?  my payoneer  is not approved yet, is it possible to link the payoneer with ebay before approved?

Tips: if your eBay account is a personal account you must link an Individual Payoneer account, and a Company Payoneer account to a business eBay account.

On eBay you can sell on either type of account.

You will need a Sri Lanka  business license to sell online. 

You need the Payoneer account first. When you link to eBay Payoneer will tell you right away if you're successfully linked, however it will take 2-4 weeks after linking  before eBay approves you. They will send you an email when you're all set.

Then you will need to attach a debit or credit card for seller fees that aren't taken from your payouts.
