ive been trying for the last months to get a hold of the seller i bough my item from, they blocked me, then i tried to get a hold of ebay customer service, and they keep hanging up on me, everytime im asking for a live agent, not an automatic service machine. i just want my money back and/or my harry potter see threw cloak, immediately!

If you have been trying 'for months', you are way past Ebays thirty day money back guarantee. The service is completely automated, no need to ever contact Ebay. If you used Paypal, or your cc, you can still file an item not received case with them, you have six months.

There is no need to speak to anyone at eBay, the process is all automatic. Here is a link to the money back guarantee. As long as you are within your 30 days you will receive a full refund by following the prompts for an item not received case. If more than 30 days have passed, then you can open a case via PayPal but your time on eBay will have lapsed. If you continue to have questions, just come back here and post them. You will receive great advice from others. Best of luck to you....

What does tracking show? do you realize that you have 30 days after expected delivery date to file a claim with eBay? If it shows delivered, check with your PO where it was delivered. If it is your address, then most likely someone stole it from your place, you are out of luck. If it was delivered to another address, then you are a victim of fake tracking, others can assist you with this. If item still shows on transit I suppose you should wait, but if you want your $$ back since you've waited long, then go to your items purchased, check on item, and file a item not received claim.

Sellers can't block you from opening a return. If it is past 30 days you are probably out of luck at this time. As was said before there is a money back guarantee on eBay. You can return an item if you don't want it. If the buyer doesn't accept returns, you still open a return and once the allotted time is up and they haven't replied eBay will step in.

Don't you think you should find out if the seller accepts returns before you tell someone they can return it if they change their mind? You can't return it if they change their mind if the seller's policy is no returns. If their policy is no returns the seller can refuse the return request.

You can't return it if they change their mind if the seller's policy is no returns. If their policy is no returns the seller can refuse the return request.
Wonder what's your plan @natoman777 to return an item which never arrived? What's going on?

The OP had nothing to return. The title of his message was "haven't received my item . . ."

@sdneped @soh.maryl I was responding to the statement that if the sellers policy is no returns you can't return. That isn't the case. eBay will step in and help you with the money back guarantee.
As to this situation the plan would have been to open up an item not received case. They probably have waited to long unfortunately
