There is no phone number.

New accounts; New Sellers are subject to AT LEAST a 30 day hold to cover the 30 Day MBG.

Also- were you approved with Managed Payments (in your checking account etc.) prior to listing/selling?

Congrats on your sales.  Until you've been selling for 90 days and you have 25 sales totaling $250 you're considered a new seller, thus subject to a 14-30 day payment hold on your funds.

Payments are on hold for 30+ days.

However, you hit the market for selling during the holidays. So don't give up.

i was facing the same issue, i am a contractor i do work and ordered the trays for one of my project which is post on magazine, however when i order it on ebay and when i got it, it was not what i order then i got refund.

Your issue is not the same as the OPs issue. The OPs issue is a selling issue. 

Yours is a buying issue that you say is resolved by receiving a refund. So it is no longer an issue or concern. 
It is best to start your own thread instead of piggybacking on someone else’s.
