I have 4 ebay accounts, and I used to go into my paypal account to see all of my ebay sales in one place at once from each account.
I have changed over to managed payments so deposits/payments go directly to my back account. But now this means I have to log in and out of each of my ebay accounts to gather all sales info for the 4 accounts.
I just tried to consolidate the email addresses for the four accounts to a single email address so all sales notices would go to one place. But ebay doesn't allow this. I thought this was an old PayPal thing, but apparently it is still in place because when I went to change the second account to the same email address as the first one I did, ebay prevented me from proceeding.
I don't suppose anyone knows of a way to accomplish what I am trying to accomplish? Anyone know why ebay requires a separate email address for each account?
Thanks!

That's why we do once a week deposits, it's a setting somewhere...
That helps in terms of not having to add up as much.
Same bank, right?
Then at the end of every quarter we login to our bank account and do a "search" our ebay deposits and it tells us.
For example, at our bank ebay deposits show as "EDI PYMNTS EBAY" is part of the name so we can search for that and it shows us only those. We usually have to select 90 Days as well, not sure how far back it will let you go but under Advanced search for me it goes back to October 2019 which is when I first joined Managed Payments.
Copy and paste is our friend.

(a) create a new Gmail account for each eBay account
(b) forward all the Gmail accounts to the single email account you want to use

With eBay, each account requires a different email address.
There is no way to consolidate / mingle accounts.
Paypal allows members to have 8 different email addresses attached to the same account.
You could receive payments for different selling sources.
... just like your checking account.
