ebay having Payouts problems

anyone else having problems with ebay not sending out payouts?  I was supposed to have one last tuesday, I called ebay cust serv, and after being transferred, was told that some sellers are not getting their payouts, even though there are no 'blocks' or other problems with their accounts!  something smells a bit fishy here.

No ones fighting but when you can't talk to a human being it sure gets fustrating. I have no way of telling weather someone sending me an email wanting my personal bank information on the other end is legit or a scammer which there is no shortage of out there. Would be just nice to have a personal contact sometimes but like everything else it's becoming more of a thing of the past.

Most if not all sites similar to Ebay charge FVFs on shipping.  Some for years before Ebay started doing it.  One would think sellers by now had gotten past this since we have been paying it for over eleven years now.

If you are calculating the 30 cent fixed transaction fee into your percentage calculation, that would come out quite right since it is the same amount charged if your sale is for $1 or $1000.

What I always advise people is to look in their My Messages.  If the message is there too, it came from Ebay for sure.
