ebay doesn't accept payment

I can't pay for the item. my bank said that it was ebay not missing the payment. funds are debited but some time passes and they are returned back to my account. A few days ago I already paid for goods on ebay with this card and everything was fine.

If the funds were returned back to your account the seller canceled the transaction. That means you can't  repay and you're not getting the item.

You're located in the Ukraine...the seller probably doesn't or can't ship to your area due to the conflict in your country or maybe because he simply does not ship to your location.  Sorry.
