eBay still charging end of month Automatic Payments with new system

Hi.  From what I understand ebay now deducts the fees(the 13% or so) at the time of the sale and then sends it to your bank account right away bypassing paypal process  where In the past that 13% from all of our sales would be deducted from paypal in total at the end of the month.  While you would get 100% of the sale immediately added to your paypal.

However I am still getting the end of month automatic payments from ebay deducted from my paypal account for the last two months(since the change was switched over) while also having the 13% for each sale.  What exactly is this number that they are taking from me at the end of the month now when they are already getting the 13% fee at the time of the sale and is this whats happening to everyone or am I getting hosed here? 

Hope this isn't too confusing and someone can clarify this for me.  Thanks

Generally there is an invoice amount for only 1 month when switching over to MP from PayPal, but if there were listings (generally just auctions) that carried over it is possible that there could be some fees invoice for those items in a second month.

1st PP deducted would be for the partial month in MP.

Sounds like it, unless the fees are for something else, like a store or subscription. I'd use the contact us link at the bottom of this page and request a call back from an agent. You have to bore down in the pop-up to find that option.

When were you switched over to Managed Payments (not on PP for sales anymore)?

The end of May (May 20th or so).  So I can see why I had it happen for the month of May, but not for June.

how are you paying for shipping?

How do you ship (fedex, ups or usps)

If they were for transactions NOT processed by MP, then the costs / fees will not come out of MP.  That is likely why you are seeing some fees come out of your PP account.
