eBay has my account restricted or hold for payments. Yet they continue to allow my products to be sold. I have submitted all requested documents by the next day. And still over a month later I haven’t been paid. This is horrible service. I have spoke with several people in the department and they just keep saying it’s going to be resolved in 5 to 7 days. It’s been over 35 business days. This is ridiculous service. Release my **bleep** money! I’m so **bleep** with this company.

I'm on day 16.
7 different interactions with their unhelpful lying agents, 7 different lies & tall tale stories.
All via the Chat Service.
The last agent I chatted with straight up told me that they were not at liberty to reveal why my account restriction has not been lifted yet, but I got them to admit it's well overdue past the '10 business days' max they claim it would take.
Also got them to admit that they have all my documents that I submitted and that there is nothing wrong with them.
I also tried contacting help from eBay on Twitter but that was a joke.
I took down all my other listings.
Removed everything I was going to purchase from my Watch List.
I have forwarded this on to the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General, the Federal Trade Commission, my state Attorney General, & to a private attorney for resolution.
I have all the chat logs, emails, and other interactions I have had with eBay as clear evidence.
They're jerking me around because they can.
I truly believe at this point that eBay is stealing our money because they need it to keep operating.
And it's amazing how on BBB, they have a 1 star rating with thousands of complaints, yet are rated an A+.....
