I was using Amex to pay for purchases. I tried using Venmo but when I entered my password at the prompt I received a message that said "Check your info and try again." I reinstalled Venmo on my phone and reset the Venmo password (twice). I know it's correct because Venmo is now working on my phone. How do I solve the problem on eBay?
