yesterday I brought an online gift card off target. I paid $175 for 3 gift cards. The card shows it has balance but the payment won’t go though on any items I would like to purchase. I’m very upset and need of help because I just spent $175. I live in Puerto Rico.
Did you purchase it from outside your country? That can be an issue. Some gift cards like the prepaid Visa card don't work on eBay. Did you try calling the customer service number on the back of the card?
