Did you mean:

did the seller rob me or did ebay?

Ok so I bought a large order of trading cards and all of the cards went through and I was charged for all them, but this one which asked me to resend the payment.

So  I then resent the payment and also bought another card. And again I got the other card but this one card asked me to resend the payment again.

And now I just kinda over it I'm not sure if it was the seller or on ebay. But I then bought the card from someone else and it worked all I want to know will I get my money back for that card I tried to buy twice.  because the payment for that card came out of my account twice.

That listing is currently active. The BIN price is US $54.
Do these two transactions show in your eBay purchase history?
What is the estimated delivery date of these items?

eBay used to only address users by their first name. I’m not sure if that is still in place. I get emails addressed both ways.

I would contact the bank or credit card company with whom you funded the payment. Ask if these are actual payments OR are these pending?

Yeah the card wasn't in in my purchases. And I'm going to call my bank tmw when there open.

Thru my email

I am always skeptical of any emails from Ebay that require some type of financial payment or personal information. In my experience, Ebay will communicate through Ebay messages if there is payment due or they are requesting personal info. Just my experience.

When you were prompted to pay again, did it forward you back to Ebay to make the purchase?

I would assume you already have reached out to the the seller (ebay messages) and asked them about the sale and additional charge in which they did not respond. If not, that should of been the first step IMHO.

Contacting your bank (Card used for purchases) would be a good idea at this point.
