deleting a bank account that is no longer valid

I recently started upp selling on ebay again. The bank account linked to this account has been closed.  When I try to delete it, i wants me to sign onto  the account that has been closed.  It wants to send me a verification code to an old phone number. I am getting stressed somone help me please

You can't delete the old bank account, you need to replace it with a new one.

As far as the phone number, go to your account settings and update the phone number.

This isn’t true bc now it’s asking me for the old bank account number which I don’t know. I’m so insanely **bleep** off at this point. This is such **bleep**!  I’ve put in all the new info for new account and verified and everything but it says it needs the old number. Please help!!
