The Sri Lankan government doesn't allow debit cards for international commerce.

You can use Paypal and a credit card.

You may be able to use Payoneer.

Stop with the wrong information.

Buyers cannot pay with Payoneer. Payoneer is only to receive managed payment payouts.

Sri Lanka does allow International payments, however sometimes CB limits foreign  payments and when they do the buyer has to contact their bank. Their bank can resolve it. SL government stated when their payment is blocked to contact their bank.
