First apologies as im sure this is addressed somewhere but ive been unable to find it..I started filling out for "managed payments" (the thing to send sale $ to bank acct....however i stopped b4 adding my actual banking info..now I go back to add requested info but the confirm/continue box stays grayed out..anyone? or is this the problem they are saying is ebays fault? also my ebay acct is in name Joe my acct is Joseph (joint with my wife) what **bleep** and does any1 have a tn for ebay appreciate any/all assistance thanks

You will have to change your ebay registered name to Joseph, as that is the easiest change to make: My ebay > Summary > Account > Personal information
I signed up with ebay using my middle name, but my bank account uses my first name middle name. I had to change my ebay name, which I don't use, so it's a little weird to see Hi first name! when I log into ebay.
If you are having trouble add your routing number/account number, go to
Seller Hub > Payments > Payout settings

Thanks so much...went & updated name to Joseph (easy) but than it linked me to my bank where I had to get some confirmation # verified..added that but it went to my wifes phone so it came back as kathleen..so went back & made my name Joseph Kathleen - hope that works!!! (btw do you have any phone # for ebay I have 866 540-3229 but thats useless) again appreciate your time!

That's probably not going to work. Your account name must match you checking account name EXACTLY. So unless your checking account says Joseph Kathleen, you'll still have a problem.
And about the only way to contact CS is to use the Call Me link at the bottom of the MP help page, then wait.

well its a joint acct Joseph & Kathleen so let me calm myself & check tomorrow...I hate change grrr

just came back to let you know it did work under the josephkathleen - $ was deposited in my acct today//thanks again for the advice!
