cancelation denied

I made a purchase on an item without knowing it was a preorder deposit and i’d have to pay even more money later on. the item doesn’t get shipped until June so i requested a cancelation and contacted the seller multiple times. the seller ignored all my emails and refuses to cancel my order. the seller also has a no refund/return policy in their description box. i want my money back but i’m not sure how to go about it

i tried using contact ebay but it wasn’t helpful as the seller denied my order cancellation

What is the estimated delivery date?  

1 hour after that date passes, you'll do an item not received complaint.  Only other option is a credit card chargeback, but not sure.  

I was under the impression that orders had to be shipped within 30 days, even if a pre-order.  Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

i’ll try doing that as the estimated delivery date was set at march 15

Then you should be able to file an item not received case on the 16.
