Which Turkish bank can I use to sell and buy on Ebay ?

I'm in Turkey and I want to buy or sell on Ebay, I tried many bank cards but it didn't work... Can I sell or buy on Ebay if I'm in Turkey and which bank deals whith Ebay?

This is largely a U.S. seller forum so there are probably not many sellers that know the answer to your question. It may have something to do with the laws in your country.

Get a card that either has a Mastercard or visa logo and register it with ebay.

For accepting payments, because you're in Turkey which is not part of the EU, you will need to link a Payoneer account to receive payments from eBay managed payments.

To pay for eBay purchases I know eBay accepts debit or credit cards with the Visa or Mastercard  logo.  If your card is not being accepted ask your bank why.  

To sell you will need to attach a Payoneer account to eBay for payouts.  It takes 2-4 weeks after you attach Payoneer  to get an email saying you're all set.  Don't try to list until you get the email.
