The problem is you're from Sri Lanka, contact your bank, it's their problem.

no, as i am having the same problem and i am not from sri lanka. i also tried United Kingdom Bank Cards but they also does not work.

The posters who originated this thread are from Sri Lanka.  Sri lanka does not want their citizens to spend outside of their country because of the poor economy so the banks are blocking them from using their debit/credit cards.  We also have told them to contact their bank or card holder as I did in your post and they were able to get it resolved and pay for their items.

Again, contact your bank or card holder.  They can help.
