why is eBay not accepting my debit card payment? what is the suitable card for paying it?

PS other fellow Sri Lankans have reported they have no problem paying with a debit card issued from Sampath Plc or Hatton National Plc.

It's your bank in Sri Lanka that is blocking the payments, contact them.
