i am trying to many time buy a product using my visa card.but i couldn't by a product and getting some massage.please need help to this problem.thank you

@thinuwand-0   I see you are located in Sri Lanka, please copy and paste the message you are getting when trying to use your credit card to make a payment.  Is the Seller from Sri Lanka?  If not what country are they from?

The problem is not ebay.
