Hi, can someone explain why my selling balance is not increasing and number of items sold keeps decreasing even though I’m selling items everyday. The balance on eBay store is not increasing even with sales. Plz help me understand what is going on.
Do you mean the “items sold” on the app? That’s a 90 day running total. So, sales fall off after a few months. Also, when you archive orders, I believe that the count decreases.
