Your government reported that at times some banks in SL will be limiting foreign transactions.  You need to call your bank.

It's  not your mistake.

SL is allowing banks to limit foreign transactions. 

Is your government still limiting the use of electricity there?

If a bank monkeys with my money and declines my debit card when I have money in the bank they'd have to fix that ASAP or I'd change banks.
