Resolved! managed payments fees

I have just been changed to Managed Payments. I cannot make heads nor tails of the fees being charged. The 12.35% +.30 is plain, but what is the other fee that is charged after the sale. Nothing I read makes any sense.

Partial refund in MP

Anyone know how to do it? I got a guy who wanted to get my Buy 2 get 1 50% off Promo. He bought 3 items... but the doofus bought them all individually. So I'm trying to figure out how to issue 50% refund for one of the purchases. Thanks.

new payment plan

As sellers, are we required to sign up for the new payment plan? I have not been able to get a response from Ebay on this. Is it similar to Etsy's payment plan?

Using PayPal

With this new EBay payment policy does that mean we can’t accept PapPal anymore or will we have the option to detect deposit or PayPal

Does this mean i wont need to go on the paypal website anymore, everything will just be through ebay? I don't have to worry about transferring money from paypal to my bank? I've been on ebay about 2 years now and haven't had any major issues, I'm hop...

Managed payment available but not in account

Does anyone know why my $ would go from pending to available but not be in my account..and even if the $ is available can it be spent on Ebay?Its not in my account I know that lol help plz thnx M.D. Keller

bring back paypal

Selling is so much harder without paypal, ebay has no regard for their sells or buyers with this new payment method an nobody is getting any responses, I cant sell a thing until PayPal is back.
