Return due to fit.

I purchased an item with a debit card, and after arrival discovered sizing was an issue. I mailed return back, meanwhile the the debit card I used needed to be canceled due to identity theft and fraud. I was issued a new card and listed it with eBay....

Winning bidders

NOT GETTING PAYOUTS

Is anybody else not receiving payouts? funds have been available for over 1 month but are not being transfered to my bank. I have updated payment info multiple times but it still doesn't work. It is really frustrating. HELP PLEASE
