Hi,
I purchased an item from UK, seller sent message saying UK is not sending any mail unless it's tracked.
I did not originally purchase tracking. Seller is offering tracking mail, asking for me to send my Paypal email address.
Unsure of how to proceed:
1.Should I give my Paypal address
2.My first experience with this seller, feedback is 99.7%.
3.CD was $14.00 U S currency.
Any suggestions are welcome and helpful, thank you!

The seller cannot ask for more money after the end of the auction. They also cannot put shipping conditions on you like they won't ship unless you pay for tracking.
Tracking is for the seller to prove to eBay it was received if a not received claim is filed. They need to pay for tracking if they want it tracked.

Your seller should have figured tracking into the listing. If you paid what was asked of you, you should be good to go. Assuming that you were okay purchasing without tracking...

Tracking from UK will probably be more than the CD for $14.00. Tracking from UK is so expensive. It will probably be too small for a standard envelope as well...so might be a parcel since it has to be packed so it won't be damaged.

Thank you for your response.
Seller offer either to cancel or I can wait until UK reinstates "regular" mail w/o tracking.
