Since you are new I know there are a lot of words Ebay uses that you need to, over time learn the definitions of.
Reviews = are reviews buyers leave for the product, NOT the seller. If there are reviews for a product you sell they will appear at the bottom of your listing.
For what you are looking for is the buyer FEEDBACK for an item or items you sold the. That is where they tell you how they feel the transaction with you went. While leaving feedback they can also leave their rating for your Detailed Seller Rating [star ratings].
When a buyer leaves FB, they can CHOOSE to leave the Detailed rating for a seller but they do not have to. Or they may just want to leave their choice for one or two but not all of them. Again buyer choice.
The entire FB system is voluntary for both buyers and sellers.
And it can be a big mistake for a seller to reach out to their buyers to ask them to leave FB. That can really backfire on a sellers big time. Buyers that want to leave FB will. Nowday's that is only a few buyers, but you will just need to deal with it.
This account you are posting with does not show you have had any sales, so it is hard to advise you on some of this.

In a posting week, which I believe is Monday through Sunday. If they bought 3 items on Monday and 4 on Sunday that would count as 1 FB. But if they bought 4 on Sunday and 3 on Saturday, that would count as 2 FB.
