adding payment method

Does anyone have an idea on how to add a Payoneer card as a payment method?

Is it a debit or credit card?

Just Simply go to Account settings and then payments. Then Add payment option. (To do this you have open a Payoneer  account prior to this)

Payoneer is not a payment method used on Ebay, it's only for sellers to receive payments.

but i can't see the credit car in my payment methods😭,only "checks"  , "money orders"  , "cash on pickup"
