adding bank accont (payouts)

So when i tried setting up my bank account it has the name i go by. but my legal name is on my bank account. I cant seem to change it even though i did on the ebay account.

You're allowed more than one eBay account. Make another account. Use a different email address and make sure the name on your new account and your checking account exactly matches the name on your driver's license. You have to give eBay your SSN. Your checking account has to be from an approved bank. It can't be an investment account.
