As many as Ebay permits you to list.  Most likely 3-10 monthly.

You can't sell anything for the first time without listings. You'll learn your listing limit when you're set up to sell.

Go to Bay Academy. It's  free.  Then you need to link a Payoneer account to eBay so you can get paid.

I put the links to eBay Academy and linking Payoneer but I removed them because eBay said they weren't found.
