a bad account on ebay

This is a member to member discussion board.  None of us have the authority to look into your orders.  I can look up the listing number and see you made the purchase on October 10th.  But that is all I can see.  This however doesn't mean it is a scam either and Ebay would not allow a seller to make a sale, get the money and then run for the hills.  Ebay has rules that protect buyers from these types of things happening.

But you will need to wait a little bit before you can do anything.  On your purchase it will tell you what the estimated date of arrival is for your item.  If it does not arrive on that date, on the very next day open an INR [item not received] case.  That will protect you and your money.

Go and take a look at your purchase history.  You can find it on the top right of any Ebay page.  Hover over the words My Ebay.  A menu will appear, click on Purchase history.  Find this transaction.  Look what the estimated time of arrival window is on your purchase.  When it is one day past the last date, then file an INR claim.

That will protect you and your money.  Follow the instructions that will appear on your screen.  All the information will be there.  I know this is stressful, but they will not make off with your money.  Ebay will protect you on this.

Go and take a look at your purchase history.  You can find it on the top right of any Ebay page.  Hover over the words My Ebay.  A menu will appear, click on Purchase history.  Find the transaction.  Look to the right there is likely to be a large blue box you can click on that says Return This Item.
