Using manged Payments  trying to refund a buyer it says Your refund did not go through. Please add a payment option to refund the buyer.

I've added a card it just says  the same thing I'm stuck in a loop contacted ebay who just says Try again later I dont have any other payments to try.

There may be an issue in the UK that we are not experiencing here - ask on those boards and good luck

Hey mate,, the UK instructions to attach a credit card are identical - same instructions.  only difference is one is found on ebay.com/ and the other is ebay.co.uk/   the url after /is the same. Takes you to the same page on either site.

I actually thought it may be a glitch on the UK site today so added the UK Community link
