Full payment not received

I recently received a partial payment for an item that I sold.

It appears that I did not receive monies for the shipping fees.

My specific example is that my item sold for $8 and change (tax).  $4.00 the item, $4.00 shipping.

I paid my shipping fee directly to the post office and Not the Ebay site.

My net proceeds for my item shows as $6.59.  The amount actually deposited to my banks was $3.40

Of course one cannot actually talk with a live person at Ebay to get a better understanding of where my shipping cost were sent

The $6.59 sounds about right... did you possibly have a negative balance prior? Like for a past label bought through eBay?

I looked at your sold's and most have a charge of $3.19 for shipping - are you sure you did not inadvertantly print and pay for an eBay label and then  also buy one at the PO ?

I only ask because:

The difference between $6.59 and $3.40 is exactly $3.19
