When I look at my item listing the top of the page states: "You marked this item as "Payment not sent". However, this item was paid with PayPal", but I did no such thing? The option to mark as paid is not in My eBay, should I be concerned?

When looking at order details the item is confirmed and paid for with PayPal. I just don't want to confuse the buyer, is there anyway to mark the item as paid? If it helps this was a "buy it now" in an auction.

You might have clicked a button in error. Can you unclick the "payment not sent" in the transaction?

I cannot, I do not see the button to mark as paid when I check the "more actions" drop down menu (same on desktop and mobile).

If you are sure you have been paid, do NOT hold up shipping to your buyer due to some misunderstanding like this.  Especially at this time of year.  If your buyer gets confused, just give them the basics in an email.  They don't need all the details.  They would only need enough to understand and be assured that all is well.  But DO NOT hold up shipment once you are 100% sure you were paid.

Seller's normally do not see how a buyer paid.

And your screen shot looks more like a buyer's choice drop down rather than a seller's choice.

If you are the seller are you still on Paypal or have you been transition to MP? Sorry I can not check your listings as I am in AUs.

If you are the buyer, just wait for the confirmation of the order and all should be fine
