When I send an invoice to a buyer after I have accepted their offer and have a copy also sent to me it shows at the top of the invoice in the banner along with my current Logo information that I had on my account several years ago. It is telling them thank you for their purchase of my previously sold item. I don't even have that listed on eBay currently.
I have called eBay about this before and they tell me that they don't see it on their end. If my customer sees this, it will totally confuse them and make them think they ordered or made an offer on the wrong item.
Does anyone have any idea how I can change this to current information?
Please help!!
